Meet Our Founder: Cari Southard

For over 20 years, Cari has been a commissioned Notary Public while building her career in the Title and Escrow industry. What first started as part of her day-to-day work quickly grew into a true passion - helping people through one of the most important moments in their lives.

The name Notary Trails was inspired by Cari's love of hiking the trails in the great outdoors, as well as the many roads she's traveled as a mobile notary serving her community. It's the perfect mix of adventure and profession - where winding trails meet dotted lines.

With a deep understanding of notarial law, real estate closings, and the signing process - and a genuine commitment to client care - Cari has built Notary Trails into a company rooted in service, professionalism and heart.
